PUBLIC NOTICE – CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST PRIOR TO A PUBLIC AUCTION

Context: Fret SNCF Railway Asset Disposal Plan
Purpose: Call for expressions of interest in view of the upcoming public auction of locomotives from the Fret SNCF fleet
Organizer: Agorastore, acting as agent of Fret SNCF
Geographical scope: Europe

As part of the disposal process of a new batch of Fret SNCF locomotives, Agorastore is organizing a non-discriminatory call for expressions of interest covering the following assets:

8 locomotives BB60000

5 locomotives BB75000

13 locomotives BB36300

This procedure is open to any operator, company, or organization active in the railway or industrial sector within the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), excluding the SNCF Group and its subsidiaries.

This is neither a call for tenders nor a selective procedure.
This stage is preparatory to the public auction to be organized by Agorastore, which will be announced in a later publication scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.

Objectives of the Call for Expressions of Interest

This process aims to:

Inform the European market about the upcoming sale of these locomotives;

Provide detailed technical data for each locomotive series;

Organize potential pre-auction technical inspections;

Identify potential buyers and collect expressions of interest (number of units, intended use, level of interest, etc.).
