Mobile Biological Diagnosis Analysis Laboratory, MLEE-4500, BioSafety BSL2/3. This is a DEMO unit, EU build.
It is based on an Independent 2 room + entry tent Isothermal Aluminum/Stainless Steel Container Laboratory , mounted on a Mercedes 516 TurboDiesel, with a Double Room, removable for air shipping or water transportation.

The primary mission of our MLEE-4500 Bio-SafetyLEVEL 2+ and BSL3 High Risk Mobile Bio Labs is usage in missions
of the First Response and Risk Assessment teams, attached ro Hospitals and Fixed Labs. It operates through Intervention in Infected areas, GATHERING AND CONSERVATION OF SAMPLES,
To be used for verification, post-decontamination, diagnosis and Rapid Testing.

Technical Specifications:
Laboratory and Platform = 4500L x 2400H x 2200W, fully independent container, chassis-mounted.
It has a built-in Laminar Flow Hood BSL2 level, CE certified,
A two room, 3 filters, HEPA Bio 99.9% air filtering negative pressure system with a rooftop slim design DOMETIC Air Conditioner, insures the HVAC needs.

This Mobile Health Diagnostics Lab is Power self-sufficient with a 2 way UPS Computer based system, a quiet, shock-mounted self starting 5.5Kw Generator, and 2 maritime Solar Cells, supported by 2 Solar HiPower Batteries 200Ah each, and a High Power 2.5Kw Computerized, waterproofed Inverter/Charger/UPS.
It is equipped with Stainless Steel Bench Tops a Decontamination Resistant Electrical Systems and non-wood lab furniture.
For COLD storage is has one automotitve Dometic Refrigerator, dual voltage - Freezer and a second portable freezer,
A small sink and a Closed circuit Water System for technicians use is included.
A built in Web access WIFI system gives it a communication GSM based connection for data shares.

The initial decontamination and sample collection is done in the externally attached FIAMMA 2x3x3meter weatherproof tent, with easy access to 220/12V power outlets, decontamination equipment, protection uniforms, masks, oxygen, vaccines, etc in external storage.
A Stainless Steel Decontamination Transfer case, (as per BSL2-3 requirements) model SDTB -630, with multiple UV lamps, is built in the entry room for safe handling of Dangerous Samples.
It can be Optionally Equipped with Instruments like PCR, ELISA, Blood Testers, DNA ID, CENTRIFUGE, etc.
